A Guest lecture on “Stress Management” by Mr. Kumar Simha, (Faculty, Department of Management, TJC and trainer for “Art of Living”) was delivered to MCA students on 15th Nov 2014. The lecture mainly focused on stress management, work life balance, reducing negative thinking. The speaker also shared many secrets to happiness with the students.
Mr. Kumar Simha also spoke on reducing anxiety and increasing the zest to learn new things. He emphasized on the importance of breathing in our life and how it’s related to our emotional state of mind. The students were able to understand easily since he demonstrated the right breathing techniques. The session was highly appreciated by the PG students who found it very interesting and informative.
